Matthias Busold

Matthias Busold is the founder and managing director of Busold Consulting. He has been active in executive search for twenty years and has successfully managed more than 400 recruitment processes and conducted around 5,000 candidate interviews during this time.

In addition to providing intensive advice to owners and managing directors of medium-sized companies, which often goes far beyond the mere filling of vacancies, his industry focus is on the automation and digital/e-commerce sectors. In these segments, Mr. Busold has provided comprehensive support to numerous clients in all company phases. This requires a strong identification with the respective client, an intensive understanding of the company’s philosophy and a deep personal basis of trust.

He also works as a lecturer at various universities and as a publicist. He is the editor of the HR management standard work “War for Talents”. His latest book “Work-Life-Integration” outlines the working world of the future.
